This customer had a new construction private well with a tankless water heater. In order to protect his plumbing and appliances, the customer wanted to ensure soft water from day one. We worked diligently to ensure we met deadlines to accommodate getting them treated water prior to even moving in. They choose to ensure no bacteria was present so we installed a UV (Ultraviolet Purification System) as well as our LVWS Refiner With Smart Value (filter and softener) to remove unwanted impurities and issues for taste and odor that soften the water all in one process.
