Most homes on private wells in Hellertown, Williams Township, and Saucon Valley have acidic water. When a customer has acidic water their pH is low, which can ruin household plumbing and appliances (especially copper and brass). More importantly, low pH is bad for one’s health.

When pH is elevated through our backwashing acid neutralizer, the hardness is also increased so if a customer doesn’t have hard water prior to an acid neutralizer, they will once we install an acid neutralizer. Acid neutralizer’s are the best option to elevate pH and it does not use harsh chemicals to function but rather natural minerals such as calcite, magnesium oxide and corosex.
