This customer had a 40-plus-year-old water softener that was in dire need of replacement. The system that was there was installed by a previous competitor (which we since acquired) and the phone number goes directly to us!

Hard water has always been an issue in Macungie but chlorine and chloramines have gotten progressively worse so this customer decided to upgrade to our refiner option to both filter out chlorine and chloramines and soften the water. Additionally our system is a metered on demand system, which means it’ll only regenerate on a basis of water usage so this customer will notice a significant decrease in the amount of salt that’s used.
