This customer lives in Northampton and gets his water supply from Northampton city water, which has extremely high levels of chlorine which contributes to foul taste and odor. They wanted to address that and cover any other possible chemicals and contaminants such as PFAs and lead. They requested the Reverse Osmosis System be installed in the basement to avoid taking up previous storage space. Additionally they wanted to ensure the system had an alkaline filter to add back in beneficial minerals. We also installed it to multiple locations so we added a delivery pump to ensure great water flow.
